Body and Energy work have been an integral part of my path over the past 10 years and have been catalysts in my healing journey. Costa Rica and the healing path have been calling me since 2012, and I have called Costa Rica my home since 2017. I first studied Thai Massage on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica in 2019 under Julie Hickey at One Love Wellness, and went on to continue my Thai studies throughout the country and under Itzhak Helman at Yoga Mandír over the following years. 

 

In addition to Thai Massage, Cranial Sacral, Reiki and Root Healing are three other somatic therapies that I've integrated into my offerings as a holistic therapist and it is with honor that I now share these modalities with you. 

 

Outside of these offerings, my life passions are being in nature, connecting with community and enjoying what each day brings.
